the apartment was clean, the design was lovely and i appreciated smooth check-in. nice service, helpful communication with the owner. beds were soft, bedroom was very comfy. the breakfast was delightful, included toast, scrambled eggs and jam. the location was friendly, adjacent to the beach. an authentic restaurant offered local meals.

An ideal base for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen. We appreciated sitting on the balcony. Having a kitchen helped a lot. Best of all, it was 15 minutes to the city center. It offers dinner/lunch at on-site restaurant Cachito, dined there couple of times...

Tbh, the street was too noisy.
